Job Description

• Follow Quality Assurance guidelines/procedures with an eye on customer satisfaction and sales success
• Perform Quality Assurance Feedback as related to quality audits.
• Participate in coaching session in order to give feedback to team lead on coaching.
• Work with team members towards compliance of all policies and procedures.
• Work with Team Leaders and Training department to promote quality and consistency throughout calls.
• Compile and maintain accurate monitor records.
• Participate in and facilitate call calibration sessions with team managers, Assoc. Director Sales
• Update and distribute Quality Assurance Standards
